If you have kids then I'm afraid it is unavoidable that at some point you will go a bit loco. But don't worry; millions of people have kids, which means you are in the majority. So why not share the madness, and join all the other looney families at Springfield Park on the 31st August, when Disco Loco put on a festival of arts and culture. It is the only family festival in the UK that steers clear of niche children's activity. That means there won't be a whiff of nursery rhymes, stuffed animals or sing-a-longs. Instead Disco Loco will showcase live music, theatre, cabaret, and dance designed to stimulate adults and children simultaneously.

Open from 11am - 6pm, entrance is free. The main stage will feature music from New Build, Cymbals, Fe, and Pandr Eyez. Cabaret acts include Darren Walsh, Kiki Lovechild, and Legs Akimbo. Tangled Feet Theatre Company will also perform their touring production, Push.

Meanwhile the Architects of Air present The Little Dome. This inflatable installation is and geometric maze of wonder.
