I've only ever known him as Ben Harper, the grumpy dentist from My Family, who you would never want to book an appointment with. But now Robert Lindsay has stopped pulling teeth, and moved into a more lucrative business: a conman.

Some might argue that there is not much of a difference, but I assure you there is. Lindsay's Lawerence Jameson is successful, rich, and has a bright smile on his face. At least to start with.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is a musical comedy at the Savoy Theatre on The Strand. Set by the French Riviera, Lawrence successfully swindles many a lady out of their money, and has a mansion to show for it. One day, however, he sees rookie con artist, Freddy making a measly sum, and decides to take the youth under his wing. Teaching him the ways of hoodwinking, Lawrence begins to regret the decision, when they both set eyes on a millionaire heiress. Now the town isn't big enough for two.

Tickets are between £24.50 - £67.70, and the show is currently running until the 29th November.
