Dinosaurs are brought to life in a thrilling children's show heading to the Midlands.



Dinosaur Zoo features ingenious puppets of the prehistoric creatures from cute baby dinos to teeth-gnashing giants, The show, which originated in Australia, is aimed at families and children aged from three and older.

It tours to Malvern Theatres and then Birmingham Hippodrome in March.Creators Erth use puppets to bring dinosaurs to life including a carnivorous theropod - known as the Australovenator - which is based on the most complete meat-eating dinosaur skeleton found in Australia.



Some lucky members of the audience are even brought up onto the stage to assist the Zoo Keeper in his/her daily tasks with the dinosaurs, while other children can experience a 'meet and greet' at the end of each show.

Most children love the adventure and danger associated with dinosaurs, so this show brings what they have seen in books or on television to life right in front of their eyes in a realistic way.Youngsters not only get the visual delight to keep them entertained but are also able to learn facts about the creatures in a very fun way.



The show is on tour after a successful stint in London's West End and has attracted families for its mix of entertaining humour, adventurous daring and informative learning.

Dinosaur Zoo is 50 minutes long and is suitable for children aged from three-years-old.
