On Friday, 2 May 2025, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, the Squire Performing Arts Centre in Nottingham will be the place to be if you're into sounds that make you feel like you're wandering through a neon jungle or befriending a lonely robot. Brown Fang, the brainchild of John Thompson and Henry Claude (who's also known as Never Ending Birthdays because, let's face it, who wouldn't want that?), will be spinning their unique blend of post-modern electronic music. Prepare for a show that'll leave you entranced and possibly questioning your life choices.
These guys know their way around soundscapes like a chef knows their spices, drawing inspiration from a smorgasbord of musicians ranging from Gary Numan to Kraftwerk. Thompson's no stranger to the stage either, having jammed with everyone from Idris Elba (yes, that Idris Elba) to Crazy P. Claude, on the other hand, has strummed his way through the ranks with bands like Torn Sail and Davoli. Tickets are only 12 quid, so grab yours and get ready for a night filled with minimalism and melodies that'll haunt you in the best way possible.
