"Vegetarian Goodness" is how I would describe the food here.

To be honest, you do not even realise meat is missing because its so tasty and flavourful.

Changing the ideal that veggie food is dull and boring and alternating it to tasty and full of no regret.

This South Indian restaurant is hidden just off the Stratford Rd, on Alfred Rd, in Sparkhill and this restaurant makes the ultimate tranquil hideaway.

The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The shop has two sections to it, one is the restaurant where they serve food and the other is a eggless wedding cake service, which all look beautiful.



Prices are very reasonable and I don't see any reason to not keep checking out this place to try out the whole menu.



My favourite is the Masala Dosa (see above), this consists of a pancake-like roll, made out of lentils and rice, with a blend of mushy masala potatoes inside and sambur (runny daal) to have with it. It is also served with coconut and chilli mint chutney, not shown in the pic because I don't eat dairy. I love how light this food is, normally with any type of indian food, it is very rich and heavy but this is very different.

So go check out their site and try it out, if it disappoints I would be surprised.
