Brunch at Darwin Brasserie

If you want to brunch a Sunday morning in London, head to the Darwin Brasserie, to do so with one of the most beautiful views. It was a delightful moment! I had to book long in advance because the place is in vogue right now, but it's definitely worth the wait before you can go.
The restaurant is located at the top of the Walkie Talkie, has a view of the bar and of course a wonderful view of London. 20 Fenchurch Street is a huge skyscraper of 37 floors, 155 metres high, with a Sky Garden at the top of its tower. This is a landscaped garden, an oasis of greenery that extends over three levels, the 35th, 36th and 37th floors with breath taking 360° views of London, making it the highest public garden of the capital. The good news is that unlike the Gherkin, which is not open to the public, the owners of Sky Garden have chosen a more open approach by making it accessible to the public
For starters, you serve yourself from the buffet; ham, vegetables and a piece of cheese for me. For the main you can choose from Eggs Royale, Full English Breakfast, fish, or roast beef. And for dessert, you also serve yourself directly from the buffet again. I loved the strawberry smoothie and the honey cake. It was delicious and excellent value as the 3 courses plus drinks (juice, smoothies etc.) is £ 38 per person (plus service).
After brunch, you can have a walk in the Sky Garden of the Walkie Talkie itself. Indeed, there is a public garden up there. Access to the garden is free, just book your ticket online. As it's free, it's the right plan, as it's in front of the Shard (£ 25 entrance), and the view is so wonderful.
