Birmingham's leading dance organisation
DanceXchange is launching a new programme of classes to suit all ages and abilities this Autumn.
The latest programme runs from 19 September and includes 36 classes with 14 different dance styles including favourites such as street dance, ballet and swing as well as new classes including Bollywood, Flamenco and Solo Jazz.
There's also a range of classes specifically for children from ballet to Bollywood dance, while adults can also opt to do fitness sessions like yoga at the DanceXchange base in Birmingham Hippodrome.
To give people a chance to choose the style that suits them, free taster sessions take place every evening for a week until Saturday September 17, 2016. Each taster class will have an introduction from the tutor as well as space for questions and answers at the end of the class.
Linda Saunders, Strategic Director, DanceXchange said: "If you have always dreamed of dancing, or just want a fun and exciting way to get active and meet new people, our classes are the perfect way to take that first step! We offer a wide variety of styles to suit all ages and abilities from beginners of all ages to improvers and advanced levels."
The new programme of dance classes launches ahead of
DanceXchange's autumn performance season at the Patrick Centre in Birmingham Hippodrome from 22 September to 3 December, 2016. The season offers something for everyone from the English premiere of a charming, family-friendly show at Christmas, to a visually mesmerising production at the cutting-edge of dance and digital technology.
Dance classes cost from £5.70 for full price adults and from £3.60 for children. Participants can drop in and pay as they go or save money through bulk-buying classes in advance.
The full programme of classes is now online at the DanceXchange website.
