I often give people ideas about places they can go - sometimes they can change their evenings, shopping trip, or even dinner plans. This one though is different, this one could maybe even change your life.

Not that it's life-threatening, or anything profound - but my idea could improve your fitness, change your circle of friends, and even give you a bit of confidence to boot. The reason is I suggest Danceworks to you.

Now Danceworks is, as you can imagine, a quite active place. Opened in 1982, Danceworks has been a provider of lessons of all kinds of disciplines, including Dance, Fitness and Martial Arts classes. People flock here due to the quality of the teachers, and the range of classes provided. You can expect to find everything from Ballet to Zumba, via such things as Aikido. The best thing to do is check out the schedule and see if anything takes your fancy.

Now the reason I chose to tell you about this place is really because of the choice. Where else can you think of in London (or elsewhere for that matter) where you can drop in for singing classes, some Jamaican Dancehall, and top it off with some Bollywood Dance?

Combine all this with the chance to learn various massage techniques, and hire out studios for those really keen on some serious practice, and you can see why people keep turning up to this hub of activity. So dust off your plimsols and head for the tube - you could be learning classical ballet by the end of the week...
