On February 15th 2018 Nuffield Southampton Theatres will celebrate the opening of their new City Studio with the world premiere of The Shadow Factory, a story about wartime Southampton and the production of the Supermarine Spitfires after the city was devastated by German bombs. As part of the opening, NST City Studio will be hosting another event that celebrates the Spitfire. Presenter Dan Snow will be joined by historian Paul Beaver as they delve into the history of the Spitfire and it's connection to Southampton's past.
Dan Snow in Conversation with Paul Beaver will be at NST City Studio on March 1st, 2018.
Dan Snow is a BBC presenter based locally in New Forest. Snow has presented numerous history shows on the BBC including Battlefield Britain, 20th Century Battlefields, Britain's Lost World and to name a few Locomotion: Dan Snow's History of Railways .
