Have a crafty Christmas at Birmingham NEC.
Crafts for Christmas is at the world famous exhibition centre from November 5 – 8, 2015.
Running alongside are
Arts Materials Live and
Stitching, Sewing & Hobbycrafts , making it a bargain three for the price of one ticket.
Crafts for Christmas boasts over 200 stands selling the latest supplies for craft enthusiasts as well as handmade festive gifts.
Standing a show-stopping 25 feet tall, the world's largest knitted Christmas tree will overlook the scene throughout the four days of the event. Created by knitter extraordinaire
Alison Murray and her volunteer team of 700 knitters, the Christmas tree has appeared in America's
Vogue Knitting magazine alongside the Giant Knitted Gingerbread House.
Alison explains: "%%Our winter fairy tale gingerbread house comes complete with a snowman and a winter garden as well as a life-sized Father Christmas. It weighs a huge 790 kilos and has recently returned from Bangkok where it helped the national hospital charity.

''
The Christmas Tree has 5,633 rectangles sewn on to it and I am proud to say it has already raised £17,000 for Great Ormond St Hospital.''
Throughout each day of the show there will be workshops and demonstrations, including glass blowing and willow weavers.
The festive food and drink aisle returns with tempting treats, making it hard to resist stocking up the larder with festive fare such as handmade chocolates, gourmet nuts, fruity preserves, handmade chutneys, farmhouse cheeses and specialist wines and spirits.
There is even a gift wrapping service available to turn purchased items into beautiful works of art.
With live music setting the scene, this show should quickly get all visitors into the Christmas spirit.
