Not just a place to eat, but a place to learn too. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make a top quality pizza, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.



If you've been to this independent Sheffield chain of pizza restaurants, then like me, you've probably noticed the difference in the quality of their pizza dough. The toppings are awesome too, but it's the dough that provides that all important backdrop for the carefully selected flavours on top.

So tasty and chewy, dense in all the right places without any unnecessary stolidity. Really, they should have named the restaurant after the dough ... Oh now. I guess someone got to that idea ahead of me.

Well, if you've ever thought about attempting the same at home, now is your chance. Craft & Dough are running pizza making courses. You can do the Introduction to learn the basics of artisan pizza first and then take the advanced course. "Advanced Pizza" how good does that sound?

Introduction (£20) is coming up on Saturdays: 26th November 2016 or 21st January 2017

Advanced (£50) you can get on Saturdays: 12th November, 10th December 2016 or 28th January 2017
