One of the most frustrating things I find about living in London is, despite the size, it can be so hard to find a recommended "something" when you need it quickly. There is so many of everything in London that sometimes it is just very hard to choose the right one. A few weeks ago I damaged my knee, a boring ongoing injury but I desperately needed some physio. I came across Covent Garden Physio when I was searching on the web and decided to give them a go.
They were absolutely brilliant. I have seen two of the physiotherapists there, Erin and Kevin and both are great. The clinic as a whole is brilliantly run with lots of appointment days and times to choose from (early mornings and late evenings or even 30 minutes in a lunch break if you need it) and it has a very friendly atmosphere.
It is conveniently located near The Strand and near three tube stations, Charing Cross, Leicester Square or Covent Garden, so very easy to get to. Appointments are 30 minutes or 60 minutes and prices start at £50, competitively priced for central London.
Overall the clinic is clean, convenient with great staff. What more could you want from a physio?
