Comedy Cabaret comes to Croydon

Crodyon's Fairfield Halls presents a varied comedy line-up for the coming season, with top names including Milton Jones, Tim Vine, Katherine Ryan and Alan Carr.

Milton Jones and the Temple of Daft comes to Croydon on Thursday 12 March. The comedian with the mad hair, loud shirts and elaborate puns is sometimes seen on Mock the Week and often heard on Radio 4.

Alun Cochrane appears in Me Neither on Wednesday 25 March, followed by Croydon's new comedy cabaret, the Comedy Network, on Thursday 26 March, hosted by Mark Smith, headlined by Steve Hall and supported by Tommy Rowson.

Tim Vine, described by Time Out as a "supreme punmeister" takes to the stage on Friday 17 April with his new show Tim Timinee Tim Timee Tim Tim To You, supported by John Archer.

Saturday 25 April sees a double bill featuring Romesh Ranganathan in Rom Wasn't build in a Day and Suzi Ruffell's Social Chameleon. Mark Smith returns to host the Comedy Network on Thursday 30 April, with Jarlath Regan and Hayley Ellis.

Alan Carr

TV chat show host Alan Carr brings his new stand-up show Yap, Yap, Yap! to Croydon on Sunday 10 May.

Katherine Ryan: Glam Role Model, the Canadian comedian's second UK stand-up tour, arrives in Croydon on 16 June.
