Cloud23's Zacapa Experience provides another reason for you to leave the terrestrial world behind you and take an elevator to the stars this January. Held in the bar's swanky Zeus Lounge, the Zacapa Experience is named after Guatemalan rum label, Ron Zacapa, which produces award-winning premium rum from its base in the Central American nation.
The Zacapa Experience takes the form of a three course meal, but with an alcoholic twist. In place of the standard courses of starter, main and dessert, Cloud23's rum experts select a suitably flavoured rum-based drink to represent each portion of the meal. Each course is served with a side order of food to perfectly compliment the drink. You might find crusty bread, freshly smoked almonds, feta cheese or subtly spiced chorizo brought to your table, each having been specifically chosen to augment your rum sampling experience.
