City Jogging Tour

There are many ways to see the myriad of sights that London has to offer.
You could saunter along at the speed of a slug, taking in one or two sights before the sun goes down.
Or you could spend half the day underneath the city, getting from point to point on the tube network and hardly seeing the light of day.
You might even want to sit on a bus, and lurch back and forth through the capital like a rocking horse on speed.
And there's always a bicycle if you fancy taking your life into your own hands.
Or how about this for a novel idea. Legging it through London. That's right, put on your jogging shoes (as well as some comfy clothes - you don't want to be chafing your way through the city), and get fit while taking in the sights.
Whether you're a visiting tourist or a born and bred Londoner, s can provide an itinerary that suits you, or you can simply join one of their scheduled tours.
And you don't have to be as fit as a fiddle to do a tour. Being as healthy as a hippopotamus that sits at home watching TV all day is fine too. Long course, short course. High speed, low speed. You'll find yourself in a group that matches your running ability.
The guides make brief stops at places of interest, take photos and answer any questions (like "Do you know a good cream to prevent this chafing I am currently enduring?").
It's a great opportunity to meet other travellers and locals, and an eco-friendly way to learn more about London.
