Shadow Puppetry at its Finest

Can you tell a story with just your finger and your thumb? The Finger and Thumb Theatre was founded in 2002 and creates magical stories through the use of puppetry. Circus Bear, uses shadow puppets, live video streaming, and simple lighting effects. The show is being performed on Saturday 26th January at 11am, and is suitable for children three and up.

When a curious circus bear goes out to explore the world, he experiences nature like never before. He meets big friendly bears, feels the rain, and watches the plants grow.

By merging traditional hand shadow techniques with modern technology, the Finger and Thumb Theatre have created a visually engaging mode of storytelling. Because it is a non-verbal show, it is suitable for those with hearing impairments, meaning everyone can enjoy the wonder. The show is fifty minutes long and costs 5. To book you can email
