Put on your luckiest red outfit and bellow "Kung Hei Fat Choi" (Happy New Year) in Trafalgar Square, where there's a parade, acrobats, a lion dance and festival to celebrate the
Chinese New Year .
My family went down to Trafalgar Square last year for this celebration, and Westminster City Council (who are behind the celebration), know how to put on a show.
Although celebrations start at 10am, we arrived around 11:30am and it seemed the party has just started. It begins on Duncannon Street, and then moves to Leicester Square, Charing Cross Road and Chinatown.
Last year we watched some incredible performances and this year, there's promise of acrobatics, martial arts, and magic. As it states on the website: "Trafalgar Square's programme will kick off with the Chen Brothers Flying Lion Dance, plus a host of visiting artists from China." See you there.
