Beach Blanket Babylon provides its clients with an elegant dining experience of modern European dishes amongst an eclectic interior decor of statues and bridges set in secret spaces. Located in Notting Hill and Shoreditch you can take your pick depending on what side of town you are on.
Beach Blanket Babylon is known for its cocktails and as you can expect in West London they do come at a price, but they are definitely worth it.
The restaurant serves an A la Carte menu with some fantastic options. I recommend the Chicken and Papaya Salad. Although it is listed as a starter, it is quite filling leaving you just the right amount of room for dessert.
The dish came out with succulent pieces of chicken on a bed of green papaya and scattered juicy pomegranates. Visually appealing and amazing in taste does not do this meal justice, but is a good indication as to what you are in store for. Priced under ten quid you can't go wrong.
