Whatever our style, we all want to look good for the best price - but sometimes finding the best price is not always easy. Sure, the high streets sell some pretty stylish things on the cheap, but what if you are want something more unique, more luxury, more couture? These things usually come with two labels attached. One says the big name fashion guru who designed it, while the other says ££££££££££. The former makes us take the item off the rail, the latter makes us put it back again.



But that does not have to be the case if you know where to shop, and lucky for you, I do, and am happy to share. Elaine Foster-Gandey is the founder of Designer Sales UK, a pop-up shop for those with fine taste, but a finer budget. Designer Sales UK's Summer Sample Sale will be held at Chelsea Old Town Hall on the 13th June between 12pm - 5pm. Standard entry is £2 (£1 concessions), but if you want to get in an hour before anyone else, you can buy VIP tickets. For £25 you will receive 11am entry, a glass of bubbly upon arrival, and a goody bag with £60 worth of treats. You will also get a £10 voucher if you spend over £100.



Designer Sales UK returns with its well established favourites, such as accessories by Valentino, sandals and shoes from Prada, and scarves and bags from the queen of fashion, Vivienne Westwood. But each new season also brings with it, new labels. This month you will can discover MUSA (Made in the United States of America). Founded in 2011, MUSA is 'about the melting pot of American citizens' and with clothing 'cultivated from skateboarding, art, and the streets' These racy designs will appeal to young people who quite literally want to wear their voice on their sleeve. MUSA will be featuring their range of sandals ; usually these retail between £130 - £295, but at Designer Sales UK they're on sale from £45 - £85.
For those who think London Fashion Week is only for the rich and famous, think again. Fresh from the catwalk comes Hemyca , a brand designed by women for women. Hemyca create holographic models so customers can see what their range looks in its 3D glory. Designer Sales UK may not have holo-projectors, but there will be silk shirts from £35 (usually upward of £390).



Have you ever heard of Achtland ? She was a woman unsatisfied with the choice of men available to her, so left her mortal life behind and married a god. This was the inspiration behind the name of the brand founded by Oliver Luhr and and Thomas Benz, who want to make their customers feel like a goddess with the clothes they wear.
