Chef Bernie is the man behind Southampton based company Chef Bernie's sauces. As well as churning out tasty Caribbean sauces, you can use to spice up your cooking at home, he also holds quarterly Chef Bernie's Caribbean COOKIN' demonstrations. A cold and chilly English winter is a world away from Caribbean beaches, but Chef Bernie's Winter Warmer demonstration means you can warm up with Caribbean flavours instead.



The cooking demonstration will be held on February 6th at Chef Bernie's 'Sauce Central', at Unit 2A Imperial Park, Empress Road, SO14 0JW Southampton. Kicking things off at 6:30pm, the evening will finish at 9pm.

The Caribbean COOKIN' demonstrations feature Chef Bernie demonstrating various dishes, followed by a group supper where you'll taste all the food and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get more tips. For the Winter Warmer supper Chef Bernie will be cooking:

Like Bernie's sauces (which are all vegan and gluten-free) many of the dishes are vegan. They'll include some ingredients you're probably not used to cooking with, as well as some interesting ways of using ones you are familiar with.



Tickets are £19.95 and can be booked online . The ticket includes the cooking demonstration, supper, and recipes you can take home to cook yourself. Tickets are just £14.95 for VIP Sauce Club Members and members also receive 20% discount on any products purchased on the night.

You can sign up for the VIP Sauce Club on the Chef Bernie's Sauces website. Members receive their choice of three sauces, a Chef Bernie apron, discounts on products and events, monthly recipes, and the latest Chef Bernie recipe books. Membership is £39.95.
