The Basingstoke Discovery Centre has frequent activities for children and families looking for something fun to do during the weekend or school holidays. On
Monday February 12th come along for
Charlie's Storytelling Party, a fun story time activity for younger children.
Charlie's Storytelling Party is led by children's entertainer and actress Charlie Sanderson. She'll choose some children's books to read in a fun and interactive storytelling sessions. Charlie regularly performs all over Hampshire, previous storytelling parties at the Basingstoke Discovery Centre have included singing, dancing, bubbles and even a giant parachute. Charlie's Storytelling Party is aimed at younger children, but it's recommended that children are at least 3 years old. Parent supervision is required for the entirety of the storytelling session.
Charlie is colourful and engaging, creating a fun 45 minute show for children. She's got the perfect amount of enthusiasm for a children's entertainer, and she brings story time to life.
There are two sessions on the Monday, one at
10am and one at
11.15am, both require
signing up online to book your spot. Tickets are

The Basingstoke Discovery Centre is located on at the Festival Place Shopping Centre in Basingstoke. It's approximately 32 miles from Southampton, and approximately 35 minutes away on the M3.
