4 Charity Bike Rides From London

When my grandpa was a boy, he would set off in the morning on his bike and travel at least sixty miles coast before heading back home again for supper. It amazes me how fit he was. Most people would not dream of doing that today - at least not on a regular basis. A trip to the sea side would be strictly by car, train or bus.
Maybe it is time to prove that we can still be as fit as they were in the thirties and forties by taking up a challenging sixty mile bike ride across the country, in aid of charity.
Bike Events is the UK's largest cycling organisers, providing safe, family routes suitable for anyone over five. They hold numerous day events every year in order to raise money for charity, and there are currently four planned to take place from London.
