Novelty Bars LTD saw Exeter's magical history, as supposedly the first and last city in England to practice witchcraft, alongside the speculation that J.K Rowling was inspired by Exeter in her novels, as the perfect opportunity to create this magical-themed bar.

The Cauldron Inn opened its doors to the public on August 25th last year as the world's first witches and witches themed bar, which embraces the new technology of augmented reality.
With The Cauldron Inn VR app, you can reveal a magical dimension right before your eyes - watch dragons, werewolves and just about any other magical creature you can think of move around the building.
Enjoy bizarre cocktails in the pub area downstairs or book a table to venture into one of the many magical themed rooms across the four-story building, where you can enjoy hearty classics from hot cob cauldrons to pizzas and chicken wings.

According to the manager, Neil Perry, the bar is currently thriving around the range of unique (and of course, magical-themed) cocktail combinations they have on offer, all available for 6 and 3/4 - that's £6.75 to any muggle readers.
