Shoreditch really has all that anyone could want on a night out, from low-key pubs, middle ground bars, to full on underground rave fests. So what if you want a mix of all of that? Catch is your answer.

Spanning two floors, Catch offers a more laid back seating area in the front, leading down a narrow hallway to one of the bars, right before opening up to a small dance floor where they play a mix of throwback favourites and new tunes. If you want more room to dance, or a more party and club vibe, head upstairs, where they have another bar, a different DJ with a more uptempo mix, and a huge dance floor with ample room to get your night going!

If you're planning to be out until morning to explore all Shoreditch has to offer, then make sure to head to Catch earlier in your night, as it closes at 2am most nights.

Some nights there's a £5 entry fee, but it doesn't seem to be regularly enforced, as it's been really hit or miss on whether they make you pay each time I've visited.

I wouldn't suggest planning your whole night around Catch, but it's definitely worth throwing into the mix for a change of pace or to get your night going on a good note.
