The boundary for what can be classified as art is ever expanding, but Castello's creativity is down right cheesy.

Founded in 1893 by a Danish cheesemonger called Rasmus Tholstrup, and my person favourites include their tangy Tickler Cheddar and creamy blue Stilton. You can find Castello in any supermarket, but up until the 24th October, a more personal experience is available.

#events ">Castello has set up its own pop-up shop on Commercial Street in Shoreditch, where you will experience cheese from 360-degrees - even the square ones.

With over thirty varieties of cheese and accessories, you will be able to customise your own premium hamper. Events include a tutored tasting on the 23rd September, canapé masterclass on the 3rd October, and a drinks pairing on the 16th October. There will also be Q&As and magnificent displays of cheesy art.
