When the weather gets hot you are faced with a dilemma - to stay outside in the sun, or make a retreat for the shade. There are disadvantages to both. Inside you don't enjoy the benefits of the natural light, while outside you have to struggle under the sun, unable to relax or take a cold drink.

If you feel this way, or think you may do in the future, head for Brick Lane and , where the sun shines through the open windows, while you relax on your plush seats, cold drinks to the ready.

What do they do best? Well, cocktails , lots of them in fact - have a look at the menu to get an idea of all of the things on offer, from usual suspects to ones you probably haven't heard of, but would really like to try. On top of the individual cocktails you have the fishbowls, which are cocktails designed for groups of over 4 people - made to any cocktail type, they come with huge straws so you can place the bowl on the table and all still get your fill without really having to move that much at all.

Should you feel peckish, there is food on offer - ranging from burgers to bar snacks, and something special in tequila chicken - perfect if you were feeling the need to complement your drinking with something tasty.

So, a little about the decor. There are neon lights, faded pictures, plush red velvet covered seats and pieces of chipped away brickwork revealing previous incarnations of faded glamour. You could say it's the perfect bar - especially when they open up the windows and let the outside in...
