Here in London, we are living under ever-restricted rules at the moment. Living in a Tier 4 area may make eating out impossible, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy restaurant-quality food at home. For this, I highly recommend Camile Thai in Barnes - they offer delicious takeaway food delivered straight to your door.

Unlike many other takeaways, Camile Thai is committed to providing healthy, nutritious food, all delivered in sustainable, fully compostable packaging. Their website is easy to navigate and place an order , with filters for vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free options, and all their calories listed.

My husband and I decided to treat ourself to a takeaway to celebrate the start of a new year. We placed our order online - vegan pad prik haeng for me, with a side of wild brown rice (£12.49), and rainbow pad thai for Tom (£8.95). We also had a side of vegetable spring rolls for £5.99. Camile Thai's prices may be slightly on the high side for takeaway food, but rest assured, the food is delicious and well worth paying a little extra for. It is clean tasting, not at all greasy, and the vegetables are crisp and crunchy.

After we'd placed our order it took no time at all for the delivery driver to be knocking at our door. We were soon tucking into our dinner, with a glass of white wine. Cheers!

Camile Thai have quite a few restaurants dotted around London including Battersea, Clapham and Tooting Bec. They also have a couple in Northern Ireland, which is where they originated from.
