My aunt was visiting in London this weekend, so Mum and I took her to our favourite cafe, Moka, in Wimbledon. She selected one of my favourite sandwiches: a crayfish bloomer. Dressed with a creamy rose marie dressing, it made for a refreshing lunch. The granary bread is lovely as always, but tut tut, my aunt left the crusts.
