A trip to Haworth would not be complete without visiting the famous Brontė Parsonage Museum. Whether you're a fan of the famous sisters, or aren't even a fan of literature, the history and atmosphere of the place is guaranteed to enchant you.
Take a self-guided tour around the house, read the details provided and paint a picture of what it may have been like to live there. Imagine the Brontes enjoying each other's company in the drawing room, where their famous works were undoubtedly created.

If you are offered a tour, take up this opportunity. You will find out amazing facts you would never have believed about Haworth. For instance, I had no idea before my visit that Haworth, now an idyllic village, was dirty, polluted with a horrifically low life expectancy (mid-twenties) at the time of the Brontes due to the heavy industry in the area.
