Decorated in shiny pale brown tiles, with high ceilings, glass-store fronts and occasionally themed spaces and shops, Brent Cross, off the beaten track, is a great gem to be found in North West London.
In comparison to many of London's shopping centres, it's somewhat smaller, however the layout and variety of shops makes it a worthwhile trip. Coffee shops and concessions are scattered around, whilst the centre also offers an indoor, soft-play area, Shopmobility services, Amazon Lockers and charging lockers- all the amenities one could possibly need.
When it comes to events, Brent Cross is never one to miss out. They hosted a live dance event for Chines New Year, and this week, the centre took part in #RandomActsOfKindnessDay; leaving gift cards scattered around on shop fronts, in bathrooms, by vending machines, and in their potted plants. They also celebrated Urban Decay's 1st birthday at the centre with balloons, a cake and an afternoon DJ who kept crowds entertained.
One thing that sets Brent Cross aside from the rest are the resting spaces. In-between the shops are areas full of sofas, chairs and ottomans to rest your tired feet or to sit and wait for loved ones as they delve into the racks of their favourite shops. Not to mention the 8,000 free parking spaces, gift-wrapping service and easy links to public transport to and from many central locations.
There is also a range of Spa Treatments on offer throughout the centre. Fenwick's offer Dermalogica treatments and a Decleor Spa, whilst the Elemis SpaPod at John Lewis offers a range of massages and facials.
