The Boys on the Plaque Walking Tour takes people around the Lanes area of the city and connects them with local places associated with WWI. Organised by Fabrica Art Gallery and led by local historian Dr Geoffrey Mead, this unique tour is inspired by stories from local soldiers commemorated on a memorial plaque at the Holy Trinity Church.
You will explore these stories as you walk along Brighton's historic Lanes and North Laine area. The tour runs for 60 to 90 minutes and is not suitable for children under 12 years. A similar tour runs on 14 September if you are unable to get onto the 9 September program.
