London's all-booth, English Russian cuisine is back. With a 'press for champagne' button at every table and an inspired art deco interior. Bob Bob Ricard has all the desire to come back time and time again.

In a recent effort to push for busier times, Bob Bob's has created an off-peak and mid-peak menu. Price drops include white sturgeon caviar dropped from 29 to 21, and a 10 price cut on their steak and truffle gravy - now 29.50. This revolution is said to be part of numerous price cuts taking part in a range of high-end restaurants in the UK. To take advantage of this new menu at Bob Bob's, you must visit at off-peak times only, including Monday evenings and daytime. To book a table, visit their website at www.bobbobricard.com. Bookings are advised to be taken at least two weeks prior to ensure a successful booking.

Dishes include modern English (including Norwegian Cod, and Beef Wellington) and Russian (Caviar, Oysters and truffle and mushroom vareniki). Based in central Soho, this place is easily accessible to tourists and locals alike, with numerous bars and restaurant scenes around the local area.

Having visited here last week, this place offers impeccable service and a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. Their food is well presented and far from insipid. As food is all freshly prepared, expect slightly longer waiting times than you may be used too (we waited around 30 minutes between courses) and for beef wellington, a waiting time of 45 minutes is specified. Despite this, the wait is well worth a taste of their magnificent dishes and unique dining experience.
