Black Sabbath will give their fans an early Christmas present by touring the UK in December.
The legendary rock band begin the series of gigs at London's O2 Arena on December 10, continuing to Belfast's Odyssey Arena (Dec 12), Sheffield Arena (Dec 14), Glasgow Hydro (Dec 16) and Manchester Arena (Dec 18) before concluding in their hometown of Birmingham with two concerts; LG Arena (Dec 20) and Birmingham NIA (Dec 22) .

As well as classic Sabbath songs like
Paranoid,
Iron Man and
War Pigs the set-list is expected to include less well known early material as well as tracks from new album,
13, released on June 10.
Fans hoped that the original Sabbath line-up would perform but drummer Bill Ward declined to take part, allegedly due to contractual issues. On
13 singer Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler were joined by Rage Against The Machine drummer Brad Wilk.
The new album, produced by Rick Rubin, is the band's first studio recording since 1978's
Never Say Die.
