Hot Bikram Yoga classes are available in the Northern Quarter, but we warned you must come prepared. It is a drop-in class, so if you're feeling a little bored of you're usual exercise regime, or want to try something different with friends. It is great way to shake up your routine, but mostly become fit and healthy for a happier body, and hey, you might find you become one of those 'yogic types' ...
