Walk the Walk is the UK's largest grant-making breast cancer charity. As a grant-making charity everybody who takes part in the organisation's challenges such as the BMW Berlin Marathon, is raising money for worthy causes. Walk the Walk grants the funds to charities and organisations throughout the UK as a means of working towards the single goal of treating breast cancer.
Total cost of the package is £664.00. This will include a deposit of £335 to be paid at the time of booking your place and covers the costs of:

As a Walk the Walk participant you will need to raise £500.

Walk the Walk's tour package runs from Friday, 14 September to Monday, 17 September, 2018, both dates inclusive. Here's what you will be getting up to:
Friday 14 September, 2018 Arrive in Berlin on your self-booked flights and then make your way to your hotel. Your travel from the airport will cost €3 on the S-bahn or you could purchase a 4-day Tourist Card for unlimited travel on public transport throughout the city during your stay. The Tourist Card also offers discounts at many tourist sights.
NB: If you arrive at the hotel by 3.30pm you will be able to meet Walk the Walk representatives who will assist you to register at the hotel.
Saturday, 15 September, 2018 Join in the International Breakfast Run and enjoy a slow 6 kilometre jog/walk with 10,000 other runners starting from the picturesque Charlottenburg Castle and finishing inside the impressive Olympic Stadium.
Sunday, 16 September, 2018 Early breakfasts have been arranged at the Tour's hotels to start at 6.00am so carb-load at early and be ready to leave your hotel at 7.30am with other members of the tour. The group will then make its way by S-bahn to Brandenburg Gate.
The tour group will arrive by 8.00am to be there in plenty of time for the 9.00am race start. Because it will take longer to get into the starting area than you think you will need to drop off your bags and move towards the start corral straight away.
You will then walk the race of your life!
Monday, 17 September, 2018 Check-out of your hotel by 12-noon. Give yourself plenty of time to get back to the airport for your flight home. You can leave luggage at the hotel concierge if you are taking a late flight.
With an incredible atmosphere created by the setting of being in the middle of such an iconic and historical city you will feel the beat of the heart of the 'thing' that is the Berlin Marathon along with the excitement of joining over 40,000 fellow runners as you take your place in the 2018 BMW Berlin Marathon.
Some of the amazing highlights you will get to take in before, during and after the marathon include Charlottesburg Castle and the Olympic Stadium during the Saturday morning breakfast run and the eminent and momentous Brandernburg Gate will be right there as you line up for Sunday's start.
