I would be most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves - Anna Quindlen.

Fast paced Mexican food

Benito's Hat is a Mexican bar and kitchen serving tacos, burritos, salads and soups. Everything is made from scratch and served immediately in front of you down a fast paced service line. I was in a large group when I visited here and all members of staff were very accommodating. All of us had different varieties of burritos and all of us enjoyed them. If you are looking for a delicious, low budget meal then it is definitely possible at this restaurant. There are three steps to ordering your food.

First of all, decide whether you would like a taco, soup, salad or burrito. Second, you choose your filling - a choice between grilled chicken, braised chicken, braised pork, grilled steak or grilled veg. Next, you choose your fillings such as grated cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. You also get a choice of rice to put into your burrito. Sound good? It is. Extremely delicious and extremely filling. You truly get your money's worth here.

As well as this, Benito's Hat also serves a selection of beers and cocktails. Happy hour is between 5 till 7 everyday; two for one cocktails. As well as this Benito's Hat has Crazy Margarita Mondays where they serve two for one cocktails all day long. I have to say that the cocktails are extremely good.

I'm not normally a fan of margaritas but decided that it had to be worth a try. A very good decision on my part as they were absolutely fantastic. I had a strawberry margarita but you can also try a pomegranate or watermelon or a standard margarita. There is also a selection of Mexican beers that were reasonably priced such as a Corona, Micheladas and more. A selection of wines can also be found; sauvignon blanc, rosť, merlot and a few others. As well as this, Benito's Hat has a selection of standard soft drinks and fruit juices; the limeade and hibiscus flower sound very interesting. As well as this menu, you can come in for breakfast and choose toppings such as egg and bacon. I may have to give this a try sometime soon as it sounds brilliant.

So, if you're looking for fresh and delicious ingredients, reasonable prices and quickly served Mexican food; try Benito's Hat. Benito's Hat has four locations in London; Goodge Street, New Row, Great Castle Street and King's Cross Station. If you live within one mile of any of these venues and place an order of at least £40, you can get home delivery. You can discover more about this if you visit the website.
