Grainger Market , home to over 100 clothing and produce stores, also hosts an Arts and Crafts fair in its events space once a month.



Alongside the permanent stallholders, painters, potters, jewelry-makers and textile artisans display their wares to an appreciative crowd of shoppers.



The increased foot traffic drives customers throughout the market, which creates a genuine buzz for all of the retailers. However, unlike the loud, over-enthusiastic regulars, the artists are quite happy to sit back and let you peruse in your own time.



The Grainger Market Arts and Crafts Fair is open on the second Saturday of every month, with the same opening hours as the regular market of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Be sure to bring cash as many retailers do not have Eftpos facilities, and use the opportunity to grab a hand-roasted coffee or a sweet treat.
