Inspiring London's Future Architects

Featuring over thirty fun free children's activities, Archikids is the first-ever family oriented architecture festival. Aimed at children 5 - 11 years old, it is designed to engage them with London's buildings through crafts, workshops, and exploration. These include things such as recreating The Gherkin out of Lego, designing a scooter park, turning photos into postcards, making architectural headwear, sketching sky scrapers, moulding sculptures, building bird houses, and going on an activity trail.

There are some competitions to enter too. For example, the child who creates the best skatepark design will win a scooter and goody bag. They are also looking for budding architects to create some amazing building designs, with awards being credited to those with the best architectural knowledge, imaginative design, and technical skill. To enter you must send a photo of yourself next to your design, and submit it to by the 8th August.
