If you are free on the 1st of May and don't know what to do, then visiting the Antiques, Collectors, 20th century & Art Deco Fair might be a good idea, especially if you are a fan of old things.

The Antiques, Collectors, 20th Century & Art Deco Fair has a vast range of products, including porcelain and china, furniture and objet d'art, medals, toys, clothes and many, many more items. Anything you want might be found here. Even rare "Star Wars" posters or original "Dr. Martens" shoes. Over the past 25 years, the Antique and Collectors fairs have attracted dealers and collectors from around the globe, making these events some of the most prestigious in the Antique calendar.

The event doors will open at 9:30 and will close at 16:30. To get in costs 5. For children under 14 is free entry. If you're interested in trading, then the price for you would be 10 and the doors will open at 8am. You can purchase the tickets at the door, or pre-order them online.

The event is taking place at Alexandra Palace, in North London. The Palace has had a rich and eventful history. Originally opened in 1873, as the "Peoples Palace", it quickly became popular providing special events for thousands of visitors. In 1935, the BBC leased the eastern part of the Palace and the first public TV transmissions were made in 1936.

If you visit this fair you won't regret it, especially that it has Antiques Valuation Roadshow which offers free valuations and appraisals of your products.
