Conveniently located next to Abraham Moss Metrolink tram stop, this community leisure centre is a great place for all your fitness needs. There is something to suit everyone, including a swimming pool, main gym, ladies only gym and health suite. There is also a squash court and sports hall, meaning no matter what workout you like to do, you'll be able to find an activity to suit you here.



The ladies only section is small but perfect for any woman who would otherwise be put off going to the gym. It has plenty of equipment, as well as weights and a mat area with a variety of workout aids to use. There is the classic gym equipment of treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines. Near the mats there is a bosu ball, medicine balls, kettle bells and free weights. If you prefer to swim, there are ladies only sessions on the timetable as well as times when only women can use the health suite.There is a mixed changing room but also separate sections for men and women. The pool has a great timetable including family swims, adults only, school swimming and women only. A highlight of this centre is the friendly staff who are always willing to help.
