Take a drive out to Abingdon County Hall museum for an interesting pop-up exhibition by Marie Boutique. What started as a traditional Corsetry and Underwear shop in 1936 has become a boutique offering the latest creations from exclusive designers from around the world as well as new and emerging British talent. The 80th anniversary exhibition showcases the history, heritage and innovation of lingerie and corsetry. You will learn about trends, the development of lingerie and its changes over time. There are also some exclusive archive pieces on loan from some of the most established European Lingerie houses such as Aubade, Gossard and Triumph.
