What is inner space?
In life we are surrounded by people, machines, noise, pollution, responsibilities, and pressurising situations. All of these things can make you feel like the walls are closing in on you, as if you are being suffocated. We need a way to be able to deal with such stress and anxiety. If the outside world provides no breathing space, then one must find one's inner space. Search within yourself, declutter your mind, and create a spot of calm.
On a more concrete level,
