Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is simple: Train thirty hours in thirty days. But this will be no ordinary thirty days; this will be a unique mind, body and, spirit experience that will help to improve mental, physical, and emotional well being through a series of martial arts classes taught by the award-winning Julian Hitch Martial Art Schools of Excellence. They have classes across London, including Bromely, Dulwich, Shoreditch, Victoria, and Watford.
Taking place between the 10th May - 8th June, 30 Challenge is a personal journey that will boost your energy, increase your stamina, and help improve your confidence.
Participation cost £130, and you will receive a welcome pack, full access to an unlimited number of classes, and certificate upon completion. Thirty hours is just the minimum for the challenge, and they encourage you to do as much as possible. There will be a leader board, and the top three will win highly coveted prizes:
1st Place - £1000 Trip to Montenegro
You will have one week's training on the mountains of Montenegro, under the tutelage of world-renowned master, Si-Fu Julian Hitch.
2nd Place - £250 voucher to spend at the schools 3rd Place - £100 voucher to spend at the schools
There are also two other challenges you can take on. The first is a charity challenge, where you will try to raise the most amount of money for Help for Heroes. The second is a team challenge, where your hours will be accumulated to reach the top score. Teams cost £450 for four people, and everyone will receive chest protectors, t-shirs, and training trousers.
