Dances on a journey
zoonation, southbank centre, wizard of oz, groove on down the road

Experience myth, magic, and mysticism three modern dance groups are taking audiences on an epic journey this summer.

5th - 7th July, Peacock Theatre, 22.50-37.50

Combining the traditions of the Irish Jig with beat-bopping street dance, Prodijig is like The Lord of the Dance Gone Wild. Footstorm tells the story about a struggle for power, love, and hope. It is a dynamic performance with costumes that brings together folklore and the tribalistic.

Groove on Down the Road
Southbank Centre, 10th August - 1st September, 10-32

The magical tale of rainbows and wizards gets turned on its head as ZooNation hip-hops down the yellow brick road. The show features music from Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, and is performed by a talented group of 10-19 year olds.

136 Shaftesbury Avenue, 15th - 24th July, 15-19.80

Inspired by Homer's Odyssey, the New Movement Collective combine dance, architecture, animation, and light to create an epic story told in a disused chapel.
